How to buy?

1 Register all the requested information in the Purchase Form (code numbers, buyer information and type of payment). We strongly recommend checking first at the shipping & selling table, values are established according the destination country.

Every product named in the catalogue contains its measurements, average weight and an ID Code. This code must be fulfilled in the purchase form; each form allows entering a maximum of 03 codes. If you want to buy a fourth product you must send a new purchase order following the same directions.

2 Once sent the purchase form, in the next 24 hours you will receive a confirmation mail for the reception of your Purchase Order with the total cost including your shipping & selling costs (according to your location in the world).

3 After you receive the confirmation mail, you may have up to 04 days to make the payment. We recommend you to send us a confirmation of your deposit through our Contact Us form.

4 Once your deposit is confirmed you will receive your product in about 1 to 2 weeks (according to your location).  This period depends on your location and any climate change away from our control.

2. Each purchase is made under full responsibility of the buyer among to the knowledge of our authorized payment agencies and the shipping company. 

3. Any purchase order may be cancelled in the 48 hours after the order request through the “Contact Us” section or sending an email to: info@lucalulli.com   

4. If the product shows any damage at the time you receive it, you may change it for another product of the same price or just ask for the return of your Money. 

5. If the same product couldn’t be replaced, your order will be kept in reserve until we may replace the artifact for an identical piece.
